SCHOOL - Terms & Conditions
1. Our Service charge is one month salary of each selected candidates which will not be  refund.
2. One month advance salary will be paid by the School for each candidate as Security Deposit which will be settled by us when the candidates leave the job.
3. The payment should be paid in DD/Cheque/ Cash in favour of Saijobs Consultancy, payable at Ernakulam
4. To & From T.A of the candidate will be met by the School
5. If the candidate leaves the job within the Accademic Year on his own reasons, will replace the Candidate.
6. If the discontinuation is due to Management issues / deeds we will not claim the security deposit
7. If the School is not satisfactory with the candidate, the school possesses all right to extricate the Candidate.
8. When the teachers leaves the the school at the time of agreement period, we are not in responsible  to pay last month salary, which you have to settle with security deposit which we have deposited With you.
9. All legal disputes covering the candidates will be settled under the Ernakulam judiciary area.
10. We agree to inform the consultancy on any disciplinary actions taken on any candidates
11. If your management want to continue the same candidate for the next Accademic year. You have to renew   the agreement with 15% increment.
12. This agreement is valid only for the Accademic year.
